AIM Health: Targeted Pain Management
Back pain, knee pain, and joint pain can limit how you move and live. We treat pain at its source with image-guided precision.
For spine conditions, we perform cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural steroid injections to calm irritated nerves and ease sciatic pain. We treat arthritic joints with facet joint injections and medial branch blocks. When pain persists, we use radiofrequency ablation to interrupt pain signals and restore function.
We treat sacroiliac joint pain with targeted injections and nerve ablation. For muscle pain, we offer trigger point injections and cluneal nerve blocks.
For knee pain, hip pain, and shoulder pain, we provide ultrasound-guided joint injections and viscosupplementation gel injections. We treat advanced arthritis with genicular nerve blocks and radiofrequency ablation for patients who cannot undergo joint replacement.

Our peptide therapy programs include Tesamorelin, Sermorelin, Ipamorelin CJC, Semaglutide, and Tirzepatide from regulated compounding pharmacies.
Our weight loss programs pair nutrition planning with Semaglutide or Tirzepatide when appropriate. We focus on lasting body composition change, not quick fixes.
For skin laxity and body contouring, we use the Artemis T Shape 2 system to tighten skin and improve tone in the abdomen, thighs, face, and neck.
